  • ISO 21307: 2017 – Plastic Pipes and Fittings: Butt Fusion Jointing Procedure for PE Pipes and Fittings Used in the Construction of Gas and Water Distribution Systems

  • ISO 12176-1: 2017 – Plastic Pipes and Fittings: Equipment for Fusion Jointing Polyethylene Systems, Part I: Butt Fusion.

We provide Fusion Butt-Welding services of HDPE pipes from 63mm to 710mm.

Our Butt-Welding Teams are available for on-site welding all over South Africa and neighbouring countries.

Butt welding is the most efficient method used to join HDPE pipes and fittings. The joining process works by heating two pipe ends and pressing them together, creating a permanent joint that converts sections of pipe into a single, continues line.
